Positive: It was the ideal location for us. Close to a lot of restaurants and access to roads we needed to be on. Very nice entry way. Nice to see something so comforting after being in the car all day. Isabelle was very nice and allowed us to check in a little early. So nice. Room was clean and spacious.

Negative: We didn’t get fresh towels everyday. I think it was because we were in the room when they were cleaning the rooms. No worry! We asked housekeeping for towels and went to the front desk. Everyone was very helpful.

Summary: Room was clean and staff was excellent!

Positive: Breakfast was great! It was a hot buffet style. Many restaurants on the strip. The best part was the staff. I was met by Izzy who was such a pleasure to deal with. We went for the NASCAR weekend. I asked if we could check in early so we could drop our stuff off and head to the track. The manager Crystal came out to assist her. They got us in a room without waiting and even waived the early check in for us. They were so great to us! Thank you both for your shining personalities and wonderful hospitality. Next year when we go to the race we will definitely be staying here again! The room was clean the beds and pillows were awesome as well. I wish the room was a tad bigger but at least my family was in a nice clean comfortable room in a safe area. Thank you so much for everything Izzy and Crystal. YOU are the reason why we will be coming back next September.

Positive: Did not do meals here. Staff was nice. Location good. Parking was great.

Negative: The lady out front that looked like she was tweaking.
