Positive: Please recognize the hostess at the breakfast buffet. She went out of her way not only to be friendly but to offer service many times. The buffet Fruit selection was outstanding with fresh blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and pineapple. It was great with the yogurt. Also, I liked that the weekday guests got real silverware and plates and cups plus coffee carafe at each table.

Negative: There were several times that we needed to use the stairs because the cleaning crews needed the whole elevator to put their cart in.... perhaps smaller carts that only take up 1/2 the elevator would much more respectful of guests.
