Summary: We paid for 2 included breakfast's for each morning on Hotels.com. The Hotel did not honor the breakfasts. When I asked about it the manager told me I shouldn’t have booked with hotels.com. Short version - paid for 4 breakfasts which we didn’t get. Hotel said never book with Hotels.com. I probably won’t use Hotels.com or ever stay in that Holiday Inn again.

Summary: We loved it except we had no outlet in the bathroom and no electricity in the 2nd bedroom. I had to borrow a hairdryer the maintenance man used to defrost frozen freezers.

Summary: Check-in staff very friendly and helpful, hotel does not have a restaurant but they work with Rudy’s Redeye Grill for all meals. Kids eat free but kids menu is very limited, we had dinner and it was great, breakfast was ok, but slow service. Our room had stuffy smell, outlets in the bathroom are not working, i thought hair dryer was nor working, housekeeping brought a new one in really quick and the new one did not work in the bathroom either, then we checked the outlet by the TV and realized it was the outlet issue. Pool was very nice, kids had a blast. Great place for getting together and having kids playdate.

Summary: Hotel was nice, loved the pool and pool seating area. Tristan was great during check in. The only downfall was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Upon arrival there were feces on the toilet bowl and stains on the shower curtain. Food from the restaurant was great!

Summary: Everything was great! We were in town for a dance competition so the water park was a big hit with the kiddos. The only thing that upset me was that Friday nights rate was $250 and Saturdays was $319. When I made the reservation I had no idea there was a different rate for Saturday, that should be made clear so its not so much of a shock when you get the bill.
