Summary: Front desk staff were quick and polite at check-in and check out. Limited amenities: WiFi connectivity is poor. No complimentary breakfast. Basic breakfast options available for $13 at hotel restaurant which is also open for dinner. Room average: fridge and microwave were a plus, but bed mattress was hard; average room cleanliness with some hair found in bathroom sink on check-in; very slow flow toilet that required 2-3 flushes to empty after just urination. Small pool and small fitness area with expected range of workout equipment at this price point.

Summary: I had an overall great stay. The room was very clean and the staff was attentive. I was a little concerned before arriving because of reviews about door key issues, and I did experience that problem. My key only worked once, and I had to return to the desk three times. A manager came up, confirmed the lock needed to be changed, and they fixed it the same day, which I appreciated. Aside from that, the bed was decent and the property was well-kept. I would stay here again.

Summary: Everything was great but disappointed that they closed the whirlpool and our refrigerator in the room did not work. Everything else was great, most of the staff was friendly.

Summary: The majority of the staff was professional and polite. What I did not like was the room I reserved online was not the room that I received due to rooms not being cleaned and then the room that I did get ended up having rotten trash in the closet but a really nice employee came and cleaned it up at like 10:00 p.m. so that was appreciated. Also was charged an additional fee that I opted out of online but because I waited to pay at the hotel versus online I had to pay. Other than that not a bad stay. Was credited some points for future stay due to mishaps. Even though not a "5-star" review I would recommend this hotel because customer service was good.
