Summary: Do not stay at this hotel. It is in need of a complete overhaul. The carpet is gross, the rooms are not cleaned well. The bathtub/shower was disgusting. The towels we were given had stains on them. The drain was broken. The floors were not cleaned well. The bathroom door looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The only reason we stayed was because it was really late and we had to get up early to continue our trip.

Summary: The service was great, but the stay was not very comfortable. I was booked on the first floor right outside the lobby, which was extremely loud all night. My room also had a connecting room, which had people staying in it which were also very loud and everything echoed. They had a dog staying with them that cried the entire time they left the room (which isn’t the dogs fault). I felt terrible for the dog! I turned my tv up really loud to try to drown out all the sounds from the lobby. The heat wouldn’t consistently work and kept turning off and resetting to 65.
