Summary: We inquired about secure parking before making reservations, and the staff spoke English and explained the set up. Everything was excellent--seemed secure, clean, comfortable, very nice--but the Caesar salad delivered by room service at 9 p.m. took a long time and was very bad. Lobby staff, who knew we didn't speak Spanish, should have told us to walk next door to Denny's to get a good salad. We chose to have an American breakfast at Denny's because the complimentary breakfast was very limited.

Summary: I've stayed in this hotel few times now, it has a great location and good service overall. This time I was shocked to know that because my flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight, I still was charged for the night I missed..... interesting. Anyhow, the rest of the stay was good. Hotel still needs to work on facilities conditions and a bit on customer relations.

Summary: this hotel is located in a very central area and very convenient for my travels; currently it is going through an upgrade, which is great, but not so when they upgrade everything but the bathtub and they have risen their prices significantly despite the fact that they continue with construction work... leaving something to be desired
