Summary: We loved this hotel. Perfect for our short stay in London, young family of 5. Fran the concierge was so accommodating, and the ladies at the front desk were as well

Summary: Great stay. Nice spacious room. Larger than average fridge. Lots of lighting, which was really nice. Friendly, helpful staff at the desk. Only complaint: the pool and hot tub were really small, and both the hot tub and the pool room itself were really hot. Didn't stay long because of that. But other than that, a lovely visit.

Summary: Every Staff member that I encountered was happy, friendly, and helpful. Check in was quick. Room service was great and friendly. Kitchen staff for breakfast was so kind to us . When my family woke up late for breakfast we hurried down stairs to eat and they waited for us to make and get what we wanted to eat and they were so friendly. I requested a late check out and they were able to help me. The rooms were do spacious. I will be coming back to stay!!!!!!!!

Summary: The room was very large, with separate area for pull out couch. Shower didn’t drain, bed was way too soft/saggy for my preference and the hotel was dated. Free breakfast- I did not partake though
