Positive: Room was clean and comfortable

Negative: There is a light right outside the window that's on all night. It shines right in making the room bright even with the curtains closed to the best of my abilities. I recommend better black out curtains at rooms next to those lights that shine on the building especially the first floor.

Summary: Great location, worth the price, wouldn't stay anywhere else in richfield.
