Summary: Room was ok. Nothing special. Wasn’t very clean, bed was old felt like we just sunk in. Pool was dirty. When we checked in they charged us $150 deposit which wasn’t mentioned when I made the reservations. Area was quiet which I liked.

Summary: One night stay went to a concert near by. Room was clean bed & pillows were comfortable, towels in bathroom were clean. check in was easy. Parking is free they charged $150 deposit.

Summary: The property was great, seems very new. My only real issue is that there was absolutely zero shade in the pool area, not so much as an umbrella. It’s Phoenix lol you need to have some kind of shade.
