Positive: That breakfast is included. The beds are comfortable. I like that the AC is a thermostat as opposed to wall unit. I like that there is a microwave and fridge. The soap smells nice.

Negative: The shower curtains are too short, so when you shower, a lot of water gets onto the floor. These need to be replaced. Additionally, the bottom fabric of the ironing board was coming apart and small bits of fabric got all over the floor. The pancake machine was broken one of the mornings and the pool wasn't open and additionally, room 211 looks at the backside of the front of the hotel so there was no view.

Positive: Our stay was really nice. The wait time was a little long for the elevator, so we used the stairs. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would suggest putting side-tables with lamps on the outside of the beds instead of just in the middle so those sleeping there have a place for their phone, book, water, etc. I like that they have the big bottles of shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Very eco-friendly. Breakfast was good, too. Lots of variety.

Positive: The staff were friendly, I like the complimentary breakfast and the mattress was very comfortable. I liked that the rooms had a microwave and a refrigerator .

Negative: I didn’t like that breakfast ended at 9:30 but the staff started ending the breakfast between 9:15-9:30. When asked to replenish the eggs and sausage at 9:15 the staff wouldn’t accommodate and that was a disappointing experience when the complimentary breakfast was one of the reasons we booked our stay at this particular hotel.
