Summary: Signage for remodeling check in wasn’t great. Then a flippant staff member acted like we were stuoid for not seeing it….is and at least five other customers? Also for a new room with the remodel, the insulation between floors is awful. Very noisy. (Heavy walker throughout the night the first night) and the traffic sounds from the highway was really loud. Just surprising.

Summary: Although they sent an email AFTER I booked the hotel that they were renovating, they assured me it wouldn't affect my stay. It would have been nice if they ALSO said that the front entrance would be closed. Instead I had to drag my luggage all the way to the front door, only to find a small sign that said: use other entrance. Okay, WHAT other entrance? (No arrows telling me). I eventually found it, but did not enjoy dragging my luggage that far! I could have parked closer had I known!

Summary: We weren't expecting to show up to a place that was under construction. Pretty inconvenient in terms of the parking and getting to our room. It would of been nice to be notified of that and or have a lower rate for the room. The staff was pretty great checking us in and out. The lady working on the breakfast area was rude and not very friendly. Seemed like she was trying to do it all on her own.

Summary: Handy food choices nearby, close to Idaho center, Breakfast was great. staff was helpful, beds were comfy, lots of pillows. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We had a great stay. The pool and hot tub were closed so that was a bummer. The staff was very friendly and nice. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable. I had a hard time with sleeping due to our room window being right by the freeway, the sound the cars all night. Was happy with our stay overall

Summary: Get a parking lot room view if you want a good sleep, as the other side will keep you awake. Breakfast is very good and hot food. Hotel is doing renovations, as it is old, hopefully new windows and ac units, that is the reason for the noise.
