Positive: Asked to put card on file for incidentals but charged 75.00 for deposit. We were not told there would be a deposit. The front desk clerk just said on file. Not charge a deposit. That made us 75.00 short for our trip. Had we known the deposit would have planned accordingly. Just needs to be told to us on check in. The truth that it’s a deposit not that jat putting the card in file. Booking should in form us of deposit up on booking our hotel as well. JUST DISAPPOINTED!!.

Negative: That we were not told the truth on check in about the deposit. Not just put card on file.

Positive: The room was amazing. Nice size and had everything needed to for night and day. Bed was soft and spacious and shower had plenty of room. Matter of fact this room was better then my room i had in Vegas the previous day.

Negative: The only thing I didnt like was when I try early check in, they had nothing available so I had to go to waste some time until one was available. That was the only negative on my stay.

Positive: The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My friend and I were comfortable checking in and out. We also enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious. I had eggs and pastries with juice and coffee. The eating area was clean and comfortable. I love the location too. A lot of stores in the area and right off the freeway. My friend and I shall return.

Negative: Room had an awful order thought it was just stagnant air. It became unbearable at 1:30am and realized it was a dirty mop smell. Front desk agreed and got another room. Pancake machine was not replaced with new batter and no creamer at coffee station. I stay at this property usually twice a month and it feels like it’s going downhill. I am sad about it.
