Positive: The hotel and the rooms were very clean and decorated nicely. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally nice.

Negative: The horribly unfashionable and frustratingly unusable “control-a-roll” toilet paper dispensers in every bathroom. For such a nice hotel these were a horrible decision. I would expect to see these in a trashy gas station restroom (that I most likely would decline using).

Summary: Fabulous hotel that needs to replace all controller roll toilet paper dispensers.
