Summary: The room and bathroom were clean. Very nice room. The hotel was quiet the bed was amazing.

Summary: Overall, everything was good. The tile in the foyer and bathroom was very slick, so I cleaned the tiles with the towels in the bathroom. They were pretty dirty from looking at the towels. It's not a huge area, but I felt more comfortable not sliding and knowing they were clean. The shower also had mold in the corners and a dirty shower pan. I got a good nights sleep so that's most important. Holiday Inn has nice pillows.

Summary: The person that checked us in did not make eye contact, she did not speak clearly, no instructions on elevators or breakfast. Just mumbled what time breakfast was. Very rude as far as I’m concerned. Very impersonal for someone working in the service industry. Other than that stay was very good.

Summary: We had originally reserved a room with two queen size bed for there was four people traveling. When we got to the hotel, they gave us a room with a king bed and a pullout couch. This is not what I was expecting and therefore, we had two people that had to sleep on an uncomfortable pullout couch after driving in the car for 13 hours. This is unacceptable and I should’ve been notified that they had no double rooms left. I should not just have been given a different room with one bed and a pullout couch.

Summary: Aside from having to wait to check in, the only other complaint I have is the towels. You need to upgrade the quality of the towels.

Summary: Stay was mid. Tv was broken and bed sagged bad. Breakfast was poor. Juice machine was warm and pancake machine was broken. Shower was very weak stream. Stayed at a TRu 5 days previously and it was way nicer and better everything. Do better.

Summary: Friendly front desk person, clean room, good AC, comfy bed, good water pressure in shower. All I needed for a comfy nights sleep. There is an Outback Steakhouse close by which is where I got my dinner. Holiday Inn Express has become my hotel of choice while traveling and I would certainly stay here again if ever back in the neighborhood.
