Summary: Hotel is kinda run down, duvet cover was stained, there was ash on the desk chair, footsteps and noise from room above us was so loud. Breakfast was decent, front desk staff at check-out were friendly

Summary: As far as the property and the teammates I had contact with it was great. We stayed 3 nights. After the first night I don’t think anyone from housekeeping had even entered the room that day. I had to go to the front desk when we got back to get clean towels. The next morning I stopped by the desk and asked the lady to please make sure we got clean towels and the got the trash. We had been eating in the room from the Buffalo Wild Wings and had a lot. When we returned the did as asked and absolutely nothing else because they didn’t leave coffee and / or cups in the room so we had to go back to the front desk for that stuff that evening. This review is not meant to throw the place under the bus because if I ever go back I would definitely stay there again. I just think that they should be aware of it because there is a flyer in the room that says they do all of the mentioned things each day and it didn’t happen.
