Summary: Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4:30. Told to come back in an hour. We came back a few hours later and staff wasn’t at front desk. Tub backed up during shower and I slipped. Bed had a clean sheet on top of a dirty sheet that was full of hair. Ceiling damaged. Soap dispenser in shower falling apart. No towels available for pool. Pool was dirty.

Summary: Everything rents smoothly. The only thing that was a problem was that the entire hotel had a strong mildew smell. Inside our room, it was even stronger.

Summary: Check in and out was very easy. Lobby was very clean and inviting. The room was a nice size and very clean. Coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator were available in room and very convenient.

Summary: Very clean, rooms were decent size, bed was soft, sheets were 10/10. Complaints were that I could vividly hear the person above me blow dry their hair. Gym equipment felt old despite the hotel being relatively new. Would stay again though!

Summary: Great customer service. Pool was FREEZING. The water had to have been in the 60’s. Our kids lips were turning blue and purple after 15-20 minutes. Thank goodness for the hot shower next to the pool.
