Positive: Location-being able to see the South Mall out our window was nice.

Negative: Underneath both beds had not been cleaned-gross!! Laundry facility needs to be complimentary. $2.50 per wash and dry is a bit ridiculous.

Positive: Check in went well the woman at the desk was very nice. The pool area was a big draw for us but was quite the let down. It was very neglected and definitely could use some attention. Breakfast was ok could have been cooked alittle more tho and the attendant could have been more friendly. Check out was easy and quiet as no one said anything when we turned in our key.

Positive: Staff was great when we arrived, during breakfast, and when checking out. We felt we had great privacy- couldn't hear much of others around us. Room was clean and comfortable, and very large for a great price.

Negative: People had taken all the luggage carts and left them in their rooms, leaving us to make several trips to the third floor with all our luggage and 3 special needs children. Staff was great and searched all 3 floors for luggage cart, unable to find one but the effort was appreciated. Also not the employees fault people didn't return them.
