Positive: LOCATION GREAT - Easy on/off interstate. did not do breakfast, had to leave early. Fresh baked cookies on arrival were great. Bed very comfortable

Negative: TV remote/channel selection not good. Hard to figure out how it worked and find the channel we wanted.

Positive: The breakfast was phenomneal! I preferred it over any of the resturants around. The coffee and cookies mid day were great too. The exercise room looked great too but I didnt have the energy to use it.

Negative: I have no complaints with our stay.

Summary: We would stay at the Crossville Holiday INN again due to value, breakfast and comfort.

Positive: The breakfast was very good. Staff was polite and friendly. Location good. Front desk very helpful and friendly. Room clean, taken care of, Bed was comfortable. It was quiet at night and good parking.

Negative: everything good.

Positive: Comfortable bed, clean, safe, friendly efficient staff. I was grateful to find an easy on-off motel before trying to tackle driving through Nashville, headed West.

Negative: Property was old, but had been spiffed up as best as could be- new paint and wallcoverings, fixtures in the bathrooms, light fixtures. Not as nice as the pictures made it look, though it was decent for a place to sleep on a long drive. Low ceiling, a little dank. Had to get in the car again to find something to eat other than the McDonald’s next door.

Summary: Not bad for a one night stay on a road trip.
