Summary: I would’ve loved to see the hotel, but my conference was changed and I could not cancel my room. Expedia told me it was hotel policy, which is BS. I called the hotel. They told me if I would’ve booked straight with them. I could’ve canceled it anytime. I will never use Expedia again.
