Summary: The dryer for the guests was not working and the hotel’s solution was to allow guests to use the dryer from the hotel service. So that was nice!

Summary: We were in a handicapped room even though we are not handicapped. We were told it occurred because we booked 3rd party. This created problems with the shower as water went everywhere. Hose cleaner did not understand English , but Front desk Service was quick to bring towels. Breakfast was ok and all other items were good

Summary: The room was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and competent. One time, though, there was no hot water in the evening for the shower. But, other than that, everything was great at this hotel.

Summary: At checkin they couldn’t fined my paid reservation. But the manager went through the computer and finally found it. Both the manager and the front desk person were great. Then we were given a room, the room was nice and the beds were great. But when we went to leave the room. The door would not lock. I went back to the front desk and told the employee about the door. He came and checked the door and couldn’t get it to lock. We went back to the front desk, and he immediately gave us a new room. We had a few problems at first, but it wasn’t the hotel’s fault. And they were very friendly and professional. We loved the area, was very convenient. We will be back. Thanks

Summary: The room was great.... the neighbors....not so much... we spent the day at Kings Island and turned in around 1030-11pm... our neighbors along with their kids came bursting into their room around 130-2am... and they acted like they were the only people in the building... HIGHLY ANNOYING. This isn't the hotels fault whatsoever, more of a societal thing... outside of that, the hotel was great.

Summary: It was fine. Quiet. Had two queens and the one bed was pretty squeaky. No hot water one night. Bathtub faucet was tight and difficult to turn the knob. Loved the blinds, really kept the light out. Breakfast was only okay. The breakfast area chairs are in rough shape. The breakfast area is way too small. They need two people working breakfast as only one couldn’t keep up. Staff was nice.

Summary: Breakfast was great, with plenty of options. Coffee was fresh ground by the cup, rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Soft pillows deflate and can cause sore neck and shoulders, though. Best to use firmer pillows or bring yiur own. Pool area looked clean and inviting, although we didn't end up with time to use it. Overall, a good place to stay and would do so again.

Summary: First room smelled so badly of chlorine I couldn’t breath. 2 nd room was fine. I liked the pillows. Bed was relatively comfortable. No bugs and it was clean. All in all a good stay.
