Summary: My room and the hotel in general were both beautiful. Breakfast was great. However, I object to a hotel calling itself pet friendly and then charging $50 a night for a pet. I stayed 2 nights and had to pay $100 extra. I was told there was a pet area with grass and dog bags outside a side door near my room. When I went out there in freezing temps, I found there was no way to get back inside without walking all the way around the building. Why couldn't they have a key pad to get back in? For these reasons, I disliked an otherwise great hotel.

Summary: Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was away from the elevator as requested, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast bar in the morning was delicious. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Summary: Very clean and pleasant. never figured out how room phone or electronics charging plugs worked. Had to charge phones & tablet individually on outlet on other side of room at coffee pot outlet. Too complex. Also fabric shower curtain did not keep water inside shower.
