Summary: Said we ask for a ground floor room but then, why would we want to be close to the elevator? They did remove the feather pillows, but made a big deal when I had to do that again for a room that didn't hear traffic like they had told us. Neighbors kept me up because we could hear right through the adjoining door. Pancake machine not working, instead of mopping up slippery tiles from a spill, they just put up a sign. Pool was cold and cramped, the towels always out. Spa room dirty. Short staffed? Conveniently near 101 but also could hear it from some rooms.
