Negative: Hot tub wasn't working and we ordered a room with a King size bed on booking.com but instead we got 2 queen beds

Positive: The staff up front and the housekeeping were amazing, kind and friendly! The breakfast was good and the staff that work the breakfast bar were exceptional and quick! The kids enjoyed the pool.The beds were comfy and the room was a pretty good size for our family of four.

Negative: We had issues with the plumbing in our room. The sink and tub would back up with every use and the toilet would clog every other flush. We had to call maintenance to our room twice! We were on the 4th floor, not sure if that had anything to do with it. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed our entire stay. The water machine in the gym wasn't working; I informed the front desk and the next (and last) two days of our stay there was just an 'out of order' sign on the machine. There was only one ice machine on the first floor, no big deal, but it too had an 'out of order' sign on it as well.
