Summary: Staff were very friendly. Good location, close to train station. Good selection at breakfast and a helpful member of staff at hand. Room was clean however the carpet was grubby.

Summary: I am more than happy to leave this review because in a single word I found my stay with this Holiday Inn simply outstanding!!!!! From the front desk reception(ist) Aicha, to the garage parking crew, and the chef of the complimentary breakfast each one was excellent in there professional capacity! I was truly pleased and will look to book with Holiday Inn (at least the New Rochelle group) whenever I'm in NY again. Summary: It could have been better if there were more options of food for breakfast. Internet access was great . Bed was comfortable.

Summary: Very nice spacious accommodations. Check in was easy. Parking situation was a bit annoying- I was dressed for a wedding in a gown and heels and had to walk over and down into the parking garage to get my car and then wait down there where it was extremely hot. Pillows were uncomfortable and the shower felt like a temporary stall at a campsite as opposed to a hotel. Overall it was clean and comfortable for our one night stay. We loved that the lobby had snacks, drinks and basic toiletries available for purchase 24 hours.

Summary: The deadbolt did not work in the room we checked into. The gentleman at the desk gave us another room which I would consider an upgrade. He was quick, friendly, and efficient. The towels however were stiff and had hair on one of them. Pretty gross. The rest of the room was great, the a/c was terrific (and it was unbearably hot out that day). The room was quiet and very comfortable. The area the hotel is located in is kind of sketchy, and the parking situation was weird. You had to check in before they would park your car although it was not told to us until we pulled into the lot. But it worked out ok.

Summary: Best thing about the hotel is the location. Is near transportation and also near shops. The hotel is very clean. The housekeeping lady very nice and friendly. The only thing I didn't like from the hotel is the room is not very spacious.

Summary: I made this reservation for my daughter and her family. They were very happy with their accommodations. The room was nicely furnished and staff were very nice and courteous. We will definitely use this hotel again in the future .
