Summary: Queen beds are small compared to the queen beds in the states but still very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and respectful. Traveling with a baby and the hotel was great about this . They helped to secure safe transportation as well as gave us helpful tips to get our moneys worth when going out. The breakfast was perfect for travelers with babies and the baby seat had wheels allowing us to serve our plates with baby next to us. Staff was AMAZING and it is very clear they all love babies through their accommodations and attitude towards the family . Shoutout to the lovely redhead who works in the kitchen going above and beyond once she saw me struggle with the baby!!!

Summary: it was an amazing stay but wish if there were no language barrier when coordinating with the staff. The transportation crew was so friendly and the only issue was the communication skills with English language. I will definitely choose this hotel next time and great if those two issues were addressed to meet our expectations.

Summary: Holiday Inn Express Mexico was awesome! Very comfortable, clean, and food was great! Staff was very nice from check in to drop off at the airport. Will definitely book here again!

Summary: What a pleasant surprise. Huge room. Big shower. Clean clean. Good enough breakfast buffet. Cappuccino ordered separately. For tge money it was a great value.

Summary: Our room for a family of 4 was generous. We had 2 queen beds in room 313 for 3 nights. Fresh towels and daily room service. Breakfast was awesome, some USA needs like mini pancakes and cereal. Make your own chilaquiles was a major hit. Tortilla chips, red or green sauce, scrambled eggs, refried beans, Mexican (kind of like sour) cream & cheese. 1 miss not enough surfaces for 4 carryon suitcases. Getting the correct lane from a right turn from westbound Calzada de Norte to northbound Calzada de Guadalupe is a big trick. It may be best to make a left turn south, make a U-turn, and stay 2nd from left lane.
