Summary: The pool and hot tube were out of service and did not see that on initial listing. I may have missed but I don't think so.

Summary: The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The room was extremely clean and pleasant, shower head pressure was AMAZING. I was disappointed that I got a call only a couple of days prior to our reservation to inform me that due to construction, the pool was not available. They should have showed this on their website when I first booked. Too late to change hotels at that point. Also, the free breakfast consisted of some scrambled eggs, juice, coffee and bread. Everything else was picked over by 8am and was never replenished.

Summary: Due to rennovations the pool and half the hotel was not in commission. The staff helped by providing a list of fun family activities near by that we could take our kids to since they were unable to swim in the pool. Very friendly staff.
