Positive: Staff was very nice and efficient with check-in and check-out.

Negative: At time of check-in the bathroom floor was very sticky and there were three small bugs with what appeared to be a nest in the corner behind bathroom door. Breakfast ended at 10am but check out was not until 11am.

Summary: Very nice staff but had some issues with cleanliness

Positive: The check-in and check-out process was fast and easy. Breakfast was good although some items were not replenished. The staff were all very nice and helpful and the location of the hotel is very convenient. Our bed was very comfortable.

Negative: The room we were in had stains on the carpet, a chair cover because I'm assuming the chair was stained, and the road noise in the room we had was very loud and disrupted our sleep.

Positive: The quick check in when we arrived to the hotel. We had to be somewhere at a certain time and the quickness of the check in ensured we had plenty of time to get our items to the room and relax for a moment.

Negative: I wish breakfast was at 6, rather than 7 am. We were not able to have breakfast in the morning at the hotel due to having to leave earlier to be where we needed to be for the day.
