Summary: It was clean I made sure I clean up as much as possible so the house keeping can have a break

Summary: The room was clean, but we had no towels, no toilet paper, and no iron. The a/c was super cold, but kept making a noise when it cuts off. The toilet would run for a while after a flush. I called the front desk with these concerns and was told maintenance would come. 45 mins later my husband called the front desk and was told maintenance should of been to the room already but they will check to see what’s taking so long. Well maintenance never came and I ended up having to go to get towels, toilet paper and the iron from the front desk. Not every comfortable in the room and we made the best of our stay in the city since we were in town for family.

Summary: The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was roomy. There was no air conditioning in the hallways and elevators. It was in the 90s during my stay and it was very uncomfortable walking to the room from the elevators and in the elevators. There was very limited handicapped parking near the front door, and there were cars parked in the spaces near the front door that had no handicapped placards or license plates.

Summary: First room was dirty when we checked in. The lady at the front desk was very nice and changed our room. Hotel seemed a bit outdated, and for some strange reason all my electronics stopped working after I plugged them in. It's like the sockets blew everything.
