Summary: Not great. Location was bleh, not much around. The shower floor was disgusting, definitely did not get in there. Very thin walls. No customer service.

Summary: Upon arrival deaf roach on floor in hall. Still there day of.departure. ice machine not working on 1st.floor. and the one elevator in building not working after our initial check in and we were located on 3rd floor....

Summary: The hotel was fine however the check-in was horrible. When I arrived they said I needed to wait until 3 to check in, understandably if they didn’t have a room clean. I waited 3 hours and by that time there were 10 other people waiting to check in. Everyone was told they had to wait until 3. At 3:05 they started checking people in but the process was an hour long ordeal because they made everyone wait. The women at the front desk was not polite and everyone was pretty irritated with the way she was treating them

Summary: The price was very high for what it was. Ive stayed at ither locations before and had no complaints, but this one was the cheapest feeling hotel I've been in since after covid. We had a big roach in our room, hairs on the counter in the bathroom, and the floor had stains. For $320 for 2 nights it felt unacceptable

Summary: Planters in front and on the side were full of trash. There was a burnt-out light in my room that never got changed. Half of the breakfast items were missing or out of order, and my son's bagel was moldy.

Summary: The room was okay but all but 2 plugs worked. The elevator didn't worked half the time. And they didn't tell us about a$100.00 deposit which you get back in 3 to 5 days on your bank account. The manager I talked to on the phone said all hotels do that.But the website doesn't say anything about this. There was other people who were asking the same question about the $100.00. And the free breakfast was so salty too.What they called a egg and cheese omelet was the size of a coaster and flat with no flaver at all. The sausage gravy was from a can and not made fresh. So we will not stay there in the future.

Summary: This was a very loud area. This hotel sits in a plaza beside a road that is noisy ALL hours of the day and night. No housekeeping unless requested, which we did not know about. Therefore, garbage was overflowing and didn’t have enough towels or coffee service in room. We stayed platoons new years due to a wedding in the area and there were fireworks and gun shots going from evening time until we left the next am at 3. Also, multiple stray cats in parking lot which was really sad as you could tell they weren’t being taken care of.
