Summary: The staff were pleasant and helpful and breakfast was above average. However, the mattresses were extremely soft and uncomfortable. The tub drain was very slow as well, so the shower became a wading pool.

Summary: Air condition was not working properly and the toilet had to be flushed 2-3 times for anything to go down. Bed was very comfy and breakfast was pretty good .

Summary: Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Hotel fully booked so manager offered to spray room deoderant. This is not a real solution. Hotel needs better cleaning.

Summary: The stay was okay. The beds were comfortable but the one staff was rude when we asked for clean towels. No one took our dirty towels. I didn’t see any housekeeper the whole stay. Other than that, the stay was okay.
