Summary: Great stay, great service, great breakfast buffet, and free train passes to get all around Geneva all from the hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful, we had a great time.

Summary: Hotel was clean with friendly staff, but rooms and beds are very small. Rooms does not fit more than 2 people, 2 small people as the double bed is tiny. We were in a room sold for 4 people with 3 people ans felt suffocating. Both double bed and pull out sofa was too small, my daughter fell off the bed in the middle of the night.

Summary: Breakfast was good, physical facilities in great condition. Front office staff were friendly. However I was very dissapointed that a 10 day stay (which is why I selected this as an IHG property) provided no loyalty points due to a position that bookings via Expedia earn no points, and this information wasn't available from Expedia either! No way to directly contact expedia except chat bots, very unhelpful and impersonal. Housekeeping did not change bedsheets except once when I specifically asked them to, often left used cups uncleaned and didnt refill bathing soap in dispenser when it ran out the last 2 days.
