Summary: Quiet room. Tv didn’t work but staff changed it when we reported it. Restaurant ok. Offered what we needed. Clean room, pleasant staff and close to the Chunnel.

Summary: Great hotel, clean and comfortable. Room was very clean, comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast was good, usual breakfast items, well presented. We loved the make your own pancake machine. Reception staff were on hand at check-in/check-out and were very friendly. It is about a 15minute drive to Le Shuttle. There is also a Tesco, 10mins away for fuel and snacks.

Summary: Not clean at all. Staff tried to be helpful and pleasant, but they were untrained in food handling. New parking charges are a pain in the neck - an additional hassle when checking in for four measly pounds - a real pain. Plus £30 charge for dogs is too much, plus our room smelt of dog wee ! Not a good stay.
