Summary: I had a very great experience. The hotel was clean the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. You actually saw hotel staff cleaning. Also it was quiet the breakfast was good.

Summary: Friendly helpful front desk staff. She helped us find a great place to eat. Only problem was there were 17 people trying to check in but the manager came out and not only didn’t help, she made one of the girls leave the front desk to “talk about the work schedule” So she left 1 girl in charge of all 17 guests.

Summary: The shower had blood spots and body hair on it. The bed linen had body hair on it, and so did 2 of the towels.

Summary: It was easy check in however I was not aware we needed a deposit after the bill was taking care with reservation. It would have been nice to have known. Great customer service

Summary: There were 17 people waiting to check in and there were 2 ladies working the front desk. They were doing the best they could to get everyone checked in. Then the manager came out and made one of them leave the desk so they could talk about scheduling. Even knowing there were literally 17 people waiting to check in. Other than that everything was pretty much as expected. Clean and comfortable
