Summary: Upon arrival, our room was very humid and the bathroom smelled moldy. The bathroom had visible dirt. This did not live up to what I expect from a Holiday Inn.

Summary: The hotel was very clean, with our room being touched up each day. The only negative was our noisy neighbors both beside us and above us. A different choice of pillows would also be nice as the pillows in our room were too full and fluffy. It would have been nice to have a couple that were not so fluffy, but more firm. Otherwise our room was great!

Summary: The best part of this property was the staff. They were so helpful, kind and quick to take care of any inconveniences / needs. Other than that, I was sadly disappointed in my experience. I had visited the Lenexa location a couple years ago and had the BEST experience from the breakfast variety, cleanliness, room layout, shower room: and thought this would be the same. It felt like two completely different hotels. I wish I could leave a five star, but there were too many inconveniences throughout our stay that made it feel like a motel.

Summary: It was okay. Tucked away kind of. they called me at 8:15PM and asked if I was still arriving.. We were still travelling and were about 10 minutes away. I thought that was very strange. Quite room.
