Summary: I was so impressed by the kindness of the front desk and the morning breakfast staff. They were so attentive and willing to serve.

Summary: Best breakfast ever!! Easy access by the freeway, but you don’t hear the freeway. Everyone was very friendly. Room was exceptionally clean. I’d stay here again.

Summary: Our recent stay of 4 days was excellent. The hotel was spotless. The pool and hot tub area was well stocked. The bed was comfortable. 3 of the 4 days, the manager came to the breakfast room, introduced himself and asked about our stays. The most impressive thing to us though was the well thought out room we stayed in for people needing special accommodations. The bathroom door had a sliding door, the shower was wheelchair accessible and had a shower seat. There were 2 sets of towel racks, one at the normal height, one lower so that it was reachable. The microwave was easily reachable. The door had 2 peepholes. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Summary: The room was clean and comfortable, although the bed left something to be desired-i woke up with more aches than I went to bed with. The breakfast was delicious and lots of great options to choose from.

Summary: We stayed one night after a long ten hour drive to get some rest before our second trek back home. We finally got to sleep at ten pm, only to be awakened by a leak dripping from the ceiling next to our bed. The leak continued till approximately 4:30 am. We advised the asst manager of our dis-satisfaction with the room upon our checkout. The only concern she relayed to us was that we should of notified them so they could move us to another room. We explained we were too exhausted to get dressed and move our luggage waiting for domeone to move us. Then she proceeded to tell me that the leak had stopped. As if I cared about the hotels status. When pressing her about our horrible night she didnt seem to care, making no offer for a restay or refund for the experience. Not to mention I could not understand her as her accent was so heavy we struggled over every other word to make out what she was saying. These people have no idea how to handle customers or provide adequate apologies. Zero hospitality

Summary: The hotel was convenient to the freeway. but we did not experience any road noise. The breakfast buffet was very good - better than any we have seen for a while. The buffet staff were very attentive and kept items fresh. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful as we asked questions about the area. Our room was clean and a nice size. We also liked the bathroom and entry layouts. We stayed there the first night of our trip and changed our final night reservation so that we could stay there again. About 30 minutes from SLC, it worked well for us for visits to the Tulip Festival and Temple Square.

Summary: We had a late change in our plans and needed to add an additional guest room. They took time to arrange it on short notice and even placed the room next to the two existing rooms we had. I know that this is not always possible, but when it is, it is nice to know they are willing to make the extra effort rather than just giving us a random room. They really seemed to enjoy serving us! We have family that we visit in this area and we difinitely will consider staying here again.
