Negative: Not being told we would be charged for complimentary breakfast passes. Drunk construction workers passed out in lobby and urinating on parked cars.

Positive: Good location, Good size rooms and a great asset to have a sofa cum bed in the room for a 3rd person especially a child or 2 small children.

Negative: The check in took 25 mins as they couldn't find the booking in their system, that was extremely nerve racking and painful as we got there in the middle of the night... Surely not the time to look for other hotels at that time. The rooms were not very clean, and the layout not the best.

Positive: Employees here were the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! They were all s.iles, accommodating and extremely helpful. The room was clean and professional looking.

Negative: My tv didn't work and I wish it swiveled, because had it worked, I'd like to watch it in bed!
