Summary: I travelled to Tennessee for work and stayed 2 nights at here. The room had a terrible mildew smell and in attempt to cover up the smell they had laundry scent beads in the air unit, it looked like there was blood on the curtain and air unit, and just generally not clean at all. I would not recommend.

Summary: The place is fine. I wasn't happy about how clean the bathroom was at my arrival. There were hairs in the sink and on the toilet which made question how clean the rest of the room was. I guess I didn't get lucky with the location of the room either, on one side of the hotel the only view you get from your window is of a lower roof of the hotel. I thought Holiday Inn was a good chain to stay at. It was rated 8/10 and not cheap place to stay at for the weekend. I won't be staying there again

Summary: Comfortable bed with soft and firm pillows to choose. Convenient to anything you may need, shopping, grocery , pharmacy, restaurants etc. Internet service all around Johnson City was a bit sketchy hit or miss.

Summary: The wooden clothes hanger in the closet had what appeared to be dried blood on it. Pretty gross.

Summary: The hotel was nice, disappointed the pool was closed and that wasn't indicated on hotels.com. Also we requested a roll away bed which it said they had on hotels.com and at check in we were told they didn't offer them.

Summary: The room was satisfactory. Secure door lock was missing. Shades had holes. AC was high, medium, low settings. Room was too cold. Outlets couldn’t hold some plugs. Otherwise comfortable though they skimped on tired supply. I was glad I spent only one night.

Summary: Everything was excellent except for the exit/entry rear door. We had an event to attend and got back to the hotel at 11 p.m., parked near the rear entry and couldn't get back in.....had to walk all the way around to the front entry. Most hotels have a room key entry but this one did not.
