Summary: No air condition in summer time and not consider to swap other room. Hair in the towel. Breakfast is really good！Located at city centre and very convenience for shopping and dining.

Summary: Older property but public areas all look great, room was suitable for my night with a good comfy bed and many mention noise levels I heard no traffic at all. Some parts of room like door into bathroom small areas showing age but overall pretty decent hotel.

Summary: Great service and location, just a little tired around the edges in the room, bathroom needed some new beading around bath. Bed was a little uncomfortable in places.

Summary: All staff were friendly and welcoming. Being from check-in to check-out, and including staff at bar and breakfast times. Any issues I had were dealt with quickly and efficiently once reported. Great choice at breakfast. Stayed in Junior Suite, which was at end of corridor, although busy road outside, due to bed position was no issue when trying to get to sleep. Overall great value for money, previously stayed elsewhere in city, paid more there and this was far better value.

Summary: Room was spotlessly clean , bathroom very clean and equipped with all the necessary soaps , Shampoos etc . Daily room clean spot on . Fabulous breakfast. Very comfortable stay .

Summary: The hotel is super convenient in Birmingham City Centre and a few steps from New Street Station. Great lobby, Starbucks and dining/bar. Rooms are a bit variable and just ok - broken aircon in the first room i was allocated. Staff were excellent in sorting and polite throughout.
