Positive: Very professional and friendly staff The room was clean The breakfast was good

Negative: The room was cold during the nights and there was no way to turn up the heating /temperature, it said 23- 24 degrees Celsius (btw. that was the max. Temp. available) in the termostat but it was blowing cold air. The room was initially clean, on the 2nd day the room was not really cleaned just towels changed, it is hous rules i believe not to touch people's stuff, was not bad but at least the trash could habe been taken out, unfortunately it wasn't. The pool isnt free for 3 hours, just 10 CHF coupon/voucher from the 40 CHF price
