Summary: Everything was wonderful! The room was like being at home; I had a chair with an autoben and a side table so I could put my feet up and drink my coffee, the bathroom was very clean and had shampoo and conditioner and body wash. It was a big room with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Best of all, Wanda at the front desk is my hero!!! I was in town for a funeral and she gave me so much good advice and happiness ❤️ she sent me to the best seafood place to get some lunch before the funeral and gave me a little more time to relax before the funeral. She truly has great customer service skills!!! I loved everything about my stay except that I couldn’t stay another day…I slept so good in that room!!!!!!

Summary: Extremely below standards. Food service could not accommodate a group of people Pool was in bad shape, water quality was not good. Room cleaning has to be requested but they did not tell you nor were their signs in rooms to alert you. Elevator was so slow. Overall pool location. Oh the mini shop in the lobby had few items and no ice cream! But it did have Tylenol thanks God!

Summary: Oh my goodness- this hotel definitely surpassed our expectations!!! But I must say the lady at front desk, JACINTA, was INCREDIBLE!! Made our stay perfect!!

Summary: Highway noise is too loud even on 5th flooor. One can not sleep unless they have a good ear plugs Or take one of the rooms on other side of highway.
