Negative: Did not sleep at all the bed is so uncomfortable rock hard pillows were hard, didn’t sleep at all. It caused are bodies to be in so much pain.

Summary: Staff nice clean but big able to sleep the bed was awful.

Positive: Good staff especially the chap who was working on the Saturday afternoon at reception

Negative: The pillows were not comfortable. The cooked breakfast was not good and the chap who was working in the breakfast bar on Monday morning was unkempt looking, his shirt was not ironed and didn't look like he had woken up yet.

Positive: The beds was comfortable the breakfast was lovely

Negative: The room was cold and wen u put the heating on it took a long time for the room to warm up There was a bug on one of the pillows also there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor between the toilet and bath I believe from the shower curtain wear it was dripping

Summary: It was ok not horrible but would address the issues I made on the previous box
