Positive: The staff are fantastic and so friendly. Food menu is varied and the buffet breakfast excellent! I stay regularly and I can’t fault the hotel or the team.

Positive: The property is close to family.

Negative: I am disabled. The accessible rooms are excellent if you are in a wheelchair but I’m not. I walk with 2 sticks. The bed was far too low for me to get up from. I spent most of the night in the chair!

Summary: Whilst I encountered numerous difficulties the staff were very accommodating changing a future booking to a normal room.

Positive: The staff in the bar were great, always very friendly and helpful. Didn't really encounter any other staff

Negative: Really picky, but the hand/body wash in the bathrooms the smell of it turned my stomach a little.
