About the property:
Surrounded by fruit, olive and old oak trees, we offer you a beautiful natural stone house with approx. 180 m² living space, completely renovated, on a huge property with 14,000 m² (8,000 m² of which are fenced).
History:
The property is partly from the old church of Madrignano dating back to 1000 years! Formerly St. St. Nicholas and St. Dedicated to Margaret, the remains of the original surrounding walls still stand as historical evidence and are partially integrated into the current estate.
Building:
The country house consists of a wonderful vaulted living room, large kitchen with modern island, fireplace and dining area that leads to the sunny veranda on the ground floor.
On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with a private bathroom and two further bedrooms that share an additional bathroom.
All beds are new and equipped with high-quality 1.6mx2.0m mattresses.
All rooms are bright and exude a cozy atmosphere.
Location:
The property is beautifully situated on a hill on the Tuscan border with Liguria, just 8 km. away from all daily needs, only 17 km to the sea, 30 km from Cinque Terre, 40 km from the coast of the famous Versilia
And only about an hour away from the art cities of Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia, Genoa and Parma.
