This is beautiful 4-bedroom home with private heated pool located 5 minutes drive from Cavtat old town and it is ideal spot for a self-contained holiday which is sure to leave guests refreshed and rejuvenated.
The holiday home is very spacious with over 200sqm of living accommodation, incorporating 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is designed to cater for a party of up to 8 guests. The house is oriented toward the south and there is fantastic view overlooking to Adriatic sea and Old Town of Dubrovnik.
Ground level consist the living room lead onto very spacious covered terraces which overlook the sea. With the benefit of the BBQ, they are brilliant places to relax and chill out. The kitchen is very large and is fully equipped with dining area.
The first floor consists of a spacious master 3 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with twin beds. The bathrooms are fully tiled with high quality fixtures and fittings as befits the overall property.The villa is beautifully decorated in a rustic and homey style interspersed with modern elements (flat panel TVs, Inox fixtures) and elegant accent pieces (smoky chandelier, gild-edged mirrors). The ground floor features a living room with comfy sofas, a dining table with service for 8, a country-style eat-in kitchen, and a modern bathroom with shower cabin.

Summary: Had a lovely, relaxing stay at this wonderful holiday home. Absolutely spotless and in a great location looking out onto really nice sea views and with greenery and mountains to the rear. For the first time in years, we didn't hire a car and so pleased we didn't. Buses into Cavtat and Dubrovnik are really clean and reliable, and quite cheap too. Had such a nice family holiday enhanced by the kindness , friendliness and generosity of the hosts who were just wonderful. Hope to be back one day! Thank you xx

Summary: This villa is perfect and the hosts make every effort to make your stay a very good one. The villa is incredibly well equipped down to the smallest detail and we really appreciated the fruit and the provisions . It has everything you could possibly want for a family stay and is close to Cavtat and a bus ride from Dubrovnik. The barbecue area is lovely and the pool is perfect . The villa is a little difficult to locate but that’s a very small detail. I cannot fault the hosts and the cleanliness and overall standard was second to none

Summary: From the moment we made contact, everyone was so kind and efficient. Transfers were arranged and all questions answered promptly. The villa is gorgeous and everything has been thought of- plenty of loo rolls and washing tablets!! Did I mention the fruit bowl- it was wonderful and they had stocked the fridge. Such kindness and generosity. The only downside was that it is a bit of walk into Cavtat. We went via Obod and then it’s a lovely walk to Cavtat. The bus is at the bottom of the road as is a small supermarket and restaurant ( great pizzas and they do takeaways) Uber’s are cheap and easy to get so we didn’t hire a car. We went with our adult family and all agreed it was a wonderful place and we would return. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Summary: We spent a wonderful week in Irena & Pero's lovely villa. It was impeccably clean and fully equipped for our needs. We had a little difficulty finding it and upon arrival Pero's met us and provided a brilliant selection of fruit and food for us to begin our stay. The villa is tucked away and totally private offering superb views. It has a great barbecue area which we spent many an evening enjoying local food and watching the amazing sunset. The local resort of Cavtat is a 10 minute drive away and we were glad we hired a car. Word of warning, please allow extra time to collect and drop off your hire car, totally fiasco at the airport, too many hire companies placed in one small area, and not enough parking for the hire cars! There is a bus service at the end of the road to the villa which we used on several occasions to visit Dubrovnik, although we enjoyed going by boat from Cavtat to various islands which is a must do. Cavtat is a beautiful resort with a bustling harbour and a wide selection of bars and restaurants. We did walk down a few times but is busy and does take about 30-40 minutes. We got the bus back up the hill! We had an amazing family holiday and would love to return.

Summary: A stunning villa - it had everything we needed a real home from home. Sparkling clean and very well equipped. Irena answered my many emails promptly and llya was very helpful on arrival. We received a large welcome pack of fruit, chocolate and drinks which were very much appreciated and even gifts for the children on departure. The pool and outside areas were very private with plenty of shade when required - a great place to sit and watch the wonderful sunsets in the evenings. Cavtat is a lovely area and a boat trip to Dubrovnik is highly recommended. We couldn't have asked for anything more and a week was definitely not long enough.

Summary: We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday in this lovely villa near Cavtat. On arrival we were warmly greeted by Iljaz who had a thoughtful supply of food and drinks for us already stocked in the villa. The kids played in the swimming pool every day (Iljaz very kindly supplied some inflatables) while the adults enjoyed relaxing on the very comfy sun beds. The villa is beautifully designed inside and outside with plentiful areas to sit as a family and relax in the sunshine. We enjoyed going running up to the look out point at Vilja Do with stunning views over Cavtat. Every afternoon we went out to explore the surrounding areas and we fell in love with idyllic harbour at Cavtat which has lots of nice restaurants and water sports. I would definitely recommend this fantastic villa and location!!

Summary: Just returned from an amazing holiday at this villa with my family and my sister's family. The property is amazing, well kept and is as nice as it looks in the photos. It is an ideal location for exploring Cavtat, Dubrovnik and the Konavle area. The host and family were also extremely kind and generous and gave us lots of fresh fruit and vegetables from their garden. I would not hesitate to come back again!
