Modern small house, but great holiday opportunity, practical, with equipped kitchen that can cook meals with equipped living room, sofa bed, bedroom with double and single bed with bathroom with shower, terrace with grill and table where You can enjoy shady or sunny meals overlooking the sea and garden and the city of faro. 5 minutes from Esti, 15 minutes from Faro, 5 minutes from Santa Barbara de Nexe. Near the beach, 20 minutes shops, shopping center football field cinema, 15 minutes from Loulé. Beautiful garden where you can read a book or have a drink. Out of town but close, in a wonderful space.

Summary: Clean and modern apartment with everything you will need for a short stay

Summary: The house sits in what used to be a Garden Center, which means lots of space for both parking and around the house. We stayed in July and didn’t need to use the AC due to good weather. The owner was very responsive from the beginning and happy to meet us at check-in and show us the house and give us the keys. She lives in the big house in the lot, but since the lot is so big there is total privacy in the guest house. You don’t need to use even the same entrance for the car -you get your own non motorized gate. There is a local road and some traffic but noise was not an issue even at night. The owner provided GPS coordinates in advance and finding the house was not an issue at all. The roads around the house are narrow but in decent condition (all paved). The interior of the house is nice and looked fairly new. Everything worked as expected. All electric appliances. It was very comfortable for two people and the three days that we stayed.
