Summary: De gite Cessigny is nog mooier en comfortabeler dan de foto's doen vermoeden. Het is met zorg en smaak opgeknapt en ingericht. Het is heerlijk ruim en er staan vele mooie grote kasten die bijdragen aan het franse plattelands gevoel. De 2-persoonsbedden zijn aan de smalle kant maar liggen goed. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook de doucheruimte is netjes en werkt uitstekend. Het aparte toilet is ook comfortabel. De enorme omsloten tuin biedt veel privacy en beschutting. Het uitzicht via de poort is prachtig. De omgeving is landelijk met mooie vergezichten. Saumur, Abbey Fontevraud met een prachtige verzameling moderne kunst van de familie Cligman, de grotwoningen, museum Rabelais, wijndomeinen rond Chinon en de vele kastelen doen je niet vervelen.

Summary: Mooie locatie, maar van binnen erg donker. De oude meubels zijn ook niet aan mij besteed, hoewel ze het wel passen. Goed, modern sanitair. Voor 2 mensen voldoende., maar beslist te klein als je met meer mensen bent.

Summary: Een fijn en mooi ingericht huis! Een fijne keuken, prima bedden en een fantastische tuin. Een goede plek om met (jonge) kinderen naartoe te gaan. De tuin is volledig omheind en er is een glijbaan met schommels. In de omgeving is veel te bezoeken, kastelen en wijngaarden bijvoorbeeld. De aankomst en het vertrek verliepen soepel.

Summary: zeer ruime franse gites, ouderwetse inrichting en modern sanitair. Zeer compleet en qua ligging heerlijk vrij en rustig. Zeer grote tuin met fraai uitzicht op landerijen.

Summary: Ruime kamers, alles voorradig wat praktisch nodig is. Het meubilair is oud, maar met Franse charme, dus voor ons aangenaam. Een aantal kasten zijn nog volgestouwd en op slot. Aangezien we veel bijhadden, was het even zoeken naar de juiste organisatie. De badkamer is perfect, de keuken uitgerust met alle toestellen die nodig zijn, dus prima. Misschien is er toch eens een grondige opruimbeurt van doen van kastinhoud om meer beschikbare ruimte te creëren
