Positive: Great location for our weekend of hillwalking. Lovely to have a fire and was a comfortable little house.

Negative: Was a struggle to find the property as we were looking for a sign that was no longer there. The name on the sign was also different to the name of the cottage so this is worth mentioning to future guests when giving directions to property. The oven didn’t seem to work, however was very clean inside so I wonder if it had ever been used? Additionally there was mouse litter on the kitchen floor when we came down in the morning and although I am aware this is common place in older properties it was a bit of a shock!
