Villa Meri is situated in a quiet centre of Opatija behind hotel Mozart and Millenij, only 100m from the Slatina Beach and close to the shops and restaurants.Two apartments Blue and Park can accommodate up to 6 and 4 people respectively.
History and description:
Villa Meri was built in 1900 as a private family residence. It offers breathtaking views of Adriatic and the Cres Island, peace and quiet. Nearly 50 palm trees of its garden bring shade and privacy.
After 2009 renovation two floors of the villa opened it's doors to guests. Guests have opportunity to stay in Apartment Blue and Apartment Park. Both apartments are very spacious and have lots of light.
Apartment Blue:
Entire top floor 2-bedroom apartment, 90m2, facing south, partially covered terrace 12m2, modern furnishings, air-condition, heating.
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed x 1; bedroom 2 - single bed x 2, living room - sofa bed x 1, chair bed x 1. Apartment Park:
Second floor 1-bedroom apartment, 80m2, facing south, covered balcony 12m2, high ceilings, modern furnishings, air-condition, heating. Bedroom - Queen bed x 1; living room - sofa bed x 1, dining table for 4, Separate kitchen - 4 hotplates, oven, grill, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, breakfast table for 3. Shower, WC. Facilities: Internet Wi-Fi, SMART TV, Washer/Dryer. Parking place (reservation required). Sea view, garden view.

The beach is about 2 minutes away from Slatina Beach and 7 minutes away from Lido Beach and Angiolina Beach. The beach is accessible via steps and a ramp so that, e.g. prams and handcarts can be taken along. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 2 minutes away. Five star hotels MIllenij and Mozart are next door. GERVAIS Congress Centre is 5 minutes away.
The holiday apartment is in a historical villa in a quiet and sunny location on a slope on a cul-de-sac in Opatija, just 50 metres from the beach and from the town centre.
The 12m² terrace is partially roofed, has garden furniture and affords a great view of the sea. The fenced garden behind the villa is available for use. It has flowers and plants, garden furniture and a barbecue. You can park by the house.
The two-family villa has been renovated and provides 80m² of living space on the upper floor, which faces south. The 50m² living and dining room has a sofa bed, satellite TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace. There are two bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and two single beds (90 x 200cm). The open kitchen is fully-equipped with two hotplates, an oven, a steamer, a grill, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge and a breakfast counter. The dining space has a table for six people. The bathroom provides a shower bath, washbasin, bidet and toilet and there is also a separate toilet. Wireless Internet access is available, as are a washing machine and a dryer.
