Positive: Lovely caravan, well equipped, spacious and clean.

Negative: Really bad customer service. On arrival there was no electricity, tried to ring the owner no answer so left a message, the reply was to go to reception which we did, was told they couldn't do anything without owners permission who they couldn't get in touch with. Eventually reception staff got it sorted for us. Owners couldn't care less they were happy for us to spend the night with no electricity. Site staff were fantastic 👏

Positive: Did the job as accommodation for our weeks holiday. Good size, well laid out. Clean and comfortable.

Negative: Had to chase and chase for entry code which was worrying as we set off on our journey without it, no response to Booking.com messages or text message to the mobile number. No Wi-Fi - Requested Wi-Fi info as nothing in the caravan but no response to message so we spent the week with no internet which was annoying with 2 young children. No toaster for making breakfast. We used the grill which was more of a faff. The caravan is nowhere near the sea, our view in fact was of the 3 overflowing Biffa bins that had litter all over the road from the Seagulls every morning. Facilities on the Parkdean site are very poor compared to previous ones we have stayed at. Small pool, kids play area miles away from the caravan. Cost us £63 for entry to activities and then another £22 just to make 1 T-shirt and 1 game of lazer tag!

Negative: An absolute beauty of a caravan! The kitchen is modern and well-equipped—perfect for cooking meals with ease. The living space is bright, spacious, and really comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. Every detail has been thoughtfully done. However, there was a really bad smell in the living room and the master bedroom, which kept me up the first night. We had to leave all the windows open to help air it out. Also, there was no dedicated storage in the kitchen for food, apart from the fridge freezer—though thankfully, it was full-size. Still, overall a lovely stay and would recommend with a few small improvements.

Positive: The home was cosy and warm and very nice and modern. En suite I liked. Tidy home too

Negative: No toaster. Dog fur EVERYWHERE. Going on our clothes. Maybe dog fur should be vacuumed from the sofas thoroughly. When booking on the advert it says beachfront, clearly not beach front as the caravan is right at the back of all the other caravans and you can't see the beach or sea. So that was fake advertising. Also we didn't receive any email to give us the code for the keylock to get our keys out to open door. We had to go reception. On the maps ur shows a location for the caravan but when we received the location for it on the day of arrival I was abit confused as the location was right at the back of the caravan site and could not see the sea view or sunset. Not worth the price we paid. When we messaged the owner about how to get into property, he replied straight away but when I mentioned about how it wasn't a beachfront caravan, he did not even bother to reply. Poor customer service. Will not be going back.

Positive: We booked a last minute break during the Easter hols. The caravan was lovely and clean and a high specification. Quiet location but not too far from facilities. Unfortunately, the facilities on the site were shut due to the fire last year but we had the opportunity to use the facilities at the sister site in Morecambe. As we were only there for two nights this didn’t bother us. Would definitely recommend.

Negative: It was described as beachfront and wasn’t and WiFi was stipulated as free and there wasn’t any which stopped me working.The park was shut and at no time was this mentioned so no facilities.Had to chase up code to get in.I feel we were completely miss sold this as I communicated with the owner and at no point was anything said.The park is isolated down a 3/4 mile road with no lighting or pavements so had to go off site to get food and drink and had a 4 year old so was not suitable.The description stipulated a pool,bar,restaurant of which all was shut.I found the owner to be completely un sympathetic and she is selling this without being truthful
