Summary: Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer mit Seeblick gemietet ,hatte dieses aber kaum gehabt so das ich das Zimmer umgebucht habe,und auch noch zuzahlen musste.Eine Eine Woche musste ich mich mit dem Abhangblick zufrieden geben,und die zweite Woche hatte ich den fantastischen Seeblick ,aber dafür nur Kindergeschrei.Daraufhin sind wir 2 Tage früher abgereist,und hatten voll bezahlt .Für Fussgänger war kein Bürgersteig zum laufen gewesen,was für uns mit Rollstuhl nicht weiter zu empfehlen ist. Antwort Vermieter/Agentur: Es tut uns sehr Leid, aber diese Kunde hat beim buchen kein 2-RaumAppartment mit Seeblick, sondern ohne Seeblick gebucht und bezahlt. Wir konnten vor Ort dann nur noch in die zweite Woche eins anbieten mit direkten Seeblick und der Kunde hat dann nur den Preisunterschied zahlen muessen. Unsere Residence liegt am Hang im Mitten von Olivenhaine und im ganzen Residence sind Treppen. Wir sind dann auch nicht geeignet fuer Rollstuhlfahrer.
